What’s the best source of caffeine for HSPs?

What sources of caffeine can you recommend, if you react in a too strong way to coffee?

Green tea (L-Theanine is present, which reduces anxiety and unbalanced feelings).

Guarana (spreads the distribution over the day, not like coffee a spike)

None at all. Caffeine is a strong stimulant, and HSPs usually react very strong on it. Anxiety, unbalanced feelings, hard time to focus – the opposite of what you want in your daily and work life.

hot strong black tea with honey

Sounds good! Too intense for me often, my heart starts bumping more intensely after black tee… Green tee is fine, but I’m also very very sensitive to any kind of caffeine… your answer reminds me a bit of Indian Chai! Or Ginger/Lemon/Honey Tea which is often served in India… Thank you for your suggestion!
