RE: How can you drink coffee without getting anxious?

Caffeine, especially the one from coffee (which tastes soooo good) can make us HSP quite anxious. Are there ways to enjoy coffee anyways?

You can add L-Theanine powder, an amino acid found in green tea for example. It can reduce the anxiety and unbalanced feelings.
